Air Arabia to launch LCC in Egypt with Travco Group; the Middle East’s seventh LCC

Air Arabia, one of the world’s most efficient and profitable airlines, has announced another breakthrough in its rapid development as a pan-regional LCC powerhouse. Less than five months after launching a JV operation in Morocco, Air Arabia has signed a joint venture agreement with Travco Group, a leading tourism and hospitality group, to establish Air Arabia Egypt. The airline aims to serve destinations in Europe, Africa and the Middle East, contributing to the growth of travel and tourism in Egypt and the wider region. [1219 words]
