
Air China Cargo enters Hong Kong-Shanghai route. Expanding with new aircraft

Air China Cargo, the fast-growing cargo JV between Air China and Cathay Pacific, is scheduled to commence B747F services between its Shanghai base and Hong Kong on 24-Aug-2011. The new service will target not only point-to-point cargo but also onward traffic to international destinations. It is part of an aggressive fleet and network expansion plan that comes amid signs of a softening of the world economy. [1326 words]
