Air Macau’s Beijing bailout – throwing good money after bad?

Air China has announced that its 51% (indirectly) owned subsidiary, Air Macau, would receive a cash injection worth USD63 million dollars from shareholders, in order to guarantee the survival of the ailing carrier.
