Singapore-based and London Stock Exchange-listed Avation PLC shares rose 7.6% in trading yesterday, on a positive day for most leasing stocks. The company leases commercial passenger jet aircraft which are leased to various airlines in Europe, the US and Australia.
Also up strongly were ALAFCO shares, which gained 4.4%. Willis Lease Finance shares finished the day 0.1% lower.
