Cathay Pacific, Kingfisher, Air China, Singapore Airlines drop back, Qantas and Jet Airways stronger

Shares in Cathay Pacific eased 3.4%, while cross-equity partner, Air China, also eased 2.9%, as stock markets across Asia retreated yesterday after a weak lead from Wall Street. Singapore Airlines also fell 2%, as the broader Singapore Straits Times Index shed 2.6%. [135 words]
