Chengdu Airlines and Sichuan Airlines to be integrated

Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China (COMAC), Sichuan Airlines Group and Chengdu Communications Investment Group signed an official cooperation agreement on 15-Oct-2009 on the shareholder restructuring of United Eagle Airlines Company (UEAir), which will be renamed Chengdu Airlines Company.
