
GACA of Saudi Arabia awards contract to COMSOFT to implement AMHS

The General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) of Saudi Arabia awarded COMSOFT a contract to supply its new Automatic Message Handling System (AMHS). The GACA has issued the contract to divide the air traffic load between Jeddah and Riyadh, in order to split responsibilities for upper and lower air space. The main hub of the AMHS for GACA will be installed in coastal Jeddah, consisting of COMSOFT’s message switch AIDA-NG and the AMHS terminal solution, CADAS. [523 words]
