
GMR looking to raise capital through share sales

GMR Infrastructure Ltd announced its Board of Directors has approved plans to raise funds up to USD108 million through an issue of unsecured non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis. The company launched an IPO earlier in the year, but cancelled the offering due to a lack of demand. [1737 words]
