01-Mar-2012 Tiger Airways Holdings Limited notes the following statement from its wholly-owned subsidiary, Tiger Airways Singapore Pte Ltd ("Tiger Airways Singapore").

Tiger Airways Singapore today announced that it will be relocating to Terminal 2 at Singapore Changi Airport ("Terminal 2") in the early hours of Tuesday 25 September 2012 from its current base at the Budget Terminal ("BT"). Tiger Airways' flights will operate at Terminal 2 from 0600 hours on that day. The BT will be demolished to make way for the construction of a larger passenger terminal building. The related release from Changi Airport Group ("CAG") is attached for reference.

Tiger Airways Singapore relocated to the BT in March 2006 following the opening of the BT. Since that time, the number of passengers that have flown with Tiger Airways Singapore has grown 14-fold.

Tiger Airways Singapore and CAG have been engaged in ongoing discussions with regards to airport infrastructure at Changi Airport. A new facility is now required to support Tiger Airways Singapore's continued growth into the future.

Stewart Adams, Managing Director of Tiger Airways Singapore said, "Tiger Airways Singapore has grown strongly year on year since we commenced operations in September 2004. As we continue to expand our fleet, destination network and customer base, we believe the plans for the new terminal building will dovetail with our own growth strategies, while improving our customers' travel experience. Tiger Airways Singapore welcomes these changes, and will work closely with CAG and our partners to ensure a seamless customer travel experience in the interim period."

Yam Kum Weng, Changi Airport Group's Executive Vice President for Air Hub Development said, "This development paves the way for Tiger Airways' continued growth at Changi Airport by ensuring sufficient terminal capacity and resources to meet Tiger's near-term needs as well as over the longer term. CAG will work closely with Tiger to ensure a smooth transfer of its operations to Terminal 2."
