The referenced NOAT also allocated six weekly combination frequencies, and a subsequent NOAT on May 23, 2008 allocated one. Those awards do not have an expiration date.
American instituted nonstop service between Chicago and Moscow on June 2, 2008 using B777 aircraft. The exemption should be renewed for at least two years.
