Joint Notice of Additional Codeshare Services

For Hawaiian to place the KE* code on flights operated by Hawaiian:

* Between a point or points in the United States and a point or points in Korea (either nonstop or via intermediate points in third countries).

For Korean to place the HA* code on flights operated by Korean:

* Between points in Korea (including flights between Incheon and Busan, Korea);
* Between a point or points in Korea and a point or points in the United States (either nonstop or via intermediate points in third countries); and
* Between a point or points in Korea and a point or points in third-countries (specifically, to points in Japan, Thailand and Malaysia).

Code-share services will commence in both directions between Honolulu, Hawaii and Incheon, Korea. From Honolulu, code-share services will commence to points in the continental United States. From Incheon, code-share services will comments to points in Busan, Korea; Narita, Osaka and Nagoya, Japan; Bangkok, Thailand; and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Service between the United States and Korea, and between Incheon and Busan, Korea, will commence on or about September 7, 2009. Other code-share services under this Notice will commence as soon as possible after the expiration of the 30-day period following the tiling of this notice and all foreign approvals have been obtained.
