Inter Island Airways does not object to the application by Sounds Air Travel and Tourism for an emergency and time-limited (45 days) exemption authorizing Sounds Air to engage in charter foreign air transportation of persons, property and mail between Apia, Samoa and Pago Pago, American Samoa.
Inter Island Airways requests that it be granted an opportunity to comment should Sounds Air Travel file an extension beyond the time-limited (45 days) exemption it is currently seeking from the Department.
