
Air Astana to order 15 aircraft worth USD1 billion

Air Astana plans to order 15 aircraft consisting of six A320s, four Boeing 767s, three 787s and two Embraer E-190s. According to reports by Radio Free Europe and Radio Liberty, the purchase, worth around USD1 billion at list prices, will be partially funded by the carrier, with the rest financed by EU and US export credit agencies.
