Air France: Bad weather conditions

Direct News Source

02-Dec-2010 Due to severe weather conditions in several regions of France and Europe, some Air France flights may be delayed or cancelled, mainly on departure from Paris-Charles de Gaulle and Paris-Orly. Air France apologizes for the inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond its control.

Air France advises its customers to check whether their flight is operating at www.airfrance.fr in the "Flight & destination information" section.

At www.airfrance.fr, given the exceptional conditions, if a flight is cancelled, customers can change their booking online, in the "Manage my reservations" section:

- at no additional cost

- in the same cabin class, whatever the fare

- for travel up to 5 December 2010 included.

Customers can also contact their travel agent to postpone their trip up to 5 February 2011 at no additional cost:

- at the same fare subject to availability,

- by paying the difference to change to another fare.

If customers choose to cancel their trip and request a refund, their ticket will be refunded, except for service charges. To do this, if the ticket was purchased from Air France, a form is available online at www.airfrance.fr, in the "Contact us / Request a refund or modify a ticket" section. In all other cases, customers should contact their travel agent.
