Iran's Majlis (Parliament) National Security and Foreign Policy Commission member Hossein Naqavi-Hosseini stated Iran's Foreign Ministry will sue Switzerland in the United Nations as it refrains from delivering fuel to Iran Air aircraft (People Daily Online, 29-May-2011). "The move runs counter to international law because according to international conventions, all countries are duty-bound to provide passenger jets with necessary fuel. Switzerland's refusal to deliver fuel to Iranian airplanes is contrary to international norms," Hossein Naqavi-Hosseini said.
