
Ryanair to open 50th base at Paphos in Apr-2012

Ryanair announced (10-Jan-2012) plans to open its 50th base at Paphos (Cyprus) in Apr-2012, basing two aircraft and offering 14 routes. The LCC stated the USD140 million investment will result in over 600,000 passengers into the region and sustain over 600 jobs. Routes from Paphos will include Chania, Oslo, Frankfurt Hahn, Patras, Kaunas, Pisa, Krakow, Rome, London, Stockholm, Memmingen, Thessaloniki, Milan and Treviso. [more - original PR]
