
UAC expects to sell 100 Superjets and MS-21 aircraft at Moscow MAKS Airshow

United Aircraft Corporation (UAC) President Mikhail Pogosyan stated it expects to sell 100 Superjets and MS-21 civilian aircraft at the Moscow MAKS Airshow (Reuters, 17-Aug-2011). Ilyushin Finance is expected to sign an agreement for 50 MS-21s today (18-Aug-2011). UAC has already signed a contract to sell 12 Sukhoi Superjet 100s to Sky Aviation, with deliveries between 2012 and 2015. Around USD10 billion in agreements are expected to be signed at the air show.
