HOCHTIEF AirPort GmbH is a wholly owned subsidiary of HOCHTIEF Concessions AG, which develops and realizes concessions and operator projects
It wns 26.7% (HTAC owns 13.3%), of Athens International Airport and has a 50% stake in Dusseldorf Airport, which also owns 70% of Moenchengladbach Airport. It owns 34.8% (HTAC 14.2%) of Hamburg Airport, also 8.13% (HTAC 5.15%) of the Southern Cross Consortium (led by Macquarie) that acquired Sydney Airport.
HOCHTIEF AirPort GmbH leads (47%) the Tirana Airport Partners consortium that runs the airport in the Albanian capital and acquired 75% of Budapest Airport in May 2007 from BAA, in a consortium that includes Caisse de Depot, GIC Special Investments, and KfW Ipex Bank. HTA’s stake at Budapest amounts to 37.25%.
