Pan African Infrastructure Development Fund (PAIDF) is a South African-based investment conglomerate, managed by Harith. PAIDF is a 15-year United States Dollar (USD) Fund launched to raise USD1 billion. Designed as a large-scale long-term fund, it allows Harith, the Fund Managers, to invest in Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) across the African continent and is registered under the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
It purchased of 18% of TAV Tunisie SA from TAV Holdings.
