Società Aeroporto Toscano Galileo Galilei SpA (“SAT”) was established in May-1978 on the initiative of the Tuscany Region. Is owns 100% of Pisa's Galileo Galilei Airport (which it has managed since 01-Jul-1980) and 86% of Elba’s Marina di Campo Airport. On 20-Oct-2006, SAT signed an agreement with ENAC entrusting the total operation of Pisa Airport for a period of 40 years.
