
SAVE is an Italian company that operates (the publicly listed) Venice Airport, Italy and has a stake in Treviso and Padua airports in the same country. Sold down part of its stake in Gemina, the owner of Aeroporti di Roma, but emerged as the preferred bidder to take the 27.65% minority stake, plus another possible 21.24% in Charleroi – Brussels South airport, Belgium (ongoing). Management contracts include :
- Venice Marco Polo Airport , through parent company SAVE SpA;
- Treviso Sant'Angelo Airport, through Aer Tre SpA;
- Padua Airport, Aeroporto Civile di Padova SpA;
- Venice Lido Airport, through Nicelli SpA;
- Pantelleria Airport, through GAP SpA, which manages the handling services.
