AAR Aircraft Sales and Leasing helps its customers locate and acquire aircraft and provides innovative financing solutions. The company provides start-to-finish guidance in sourcing, purchasing and remarketing aircraft and helps customers protect their assets with a wide range of technical services. These services include aircraft evaluations, borescope inspections, lease return condition analysis, aircraft records audits, preparation and storage and asset management.

Abu Dhabi Aircraft Technologies

Abu Dhabi Aircraft Technologies, known before 2007 as Gulf Aircraft Maintenance Company, is the Middle East's leading independent MRO provider. With its headquarters in Abu Dhabi, it is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the state-owned Mubadala Development Company. It operates six line maintenance stations, of which two are on military bases. It offers services in a broad range of fields: airframe; engine; component; procurement and materiel; and technical support.

Aer Rianta International

Aer Rianta International is a leading airport retailing specialist. Formed in 1988 as a dedicated international division of the Irish State-owned airports authority, Aer Rianta Cpt (now known as the Dublin Airport Authority), Aer Rianta International established the world's first airport duty-free facility at Shannon International Airport and the first international duty-free operation in the former Soviet Union. Since then, either as concessionaire, manager or operations partner, Aer Rianta International has actively promoted airport retailing in many countries. AerCap

Following the merger with Genesis Lease in Mar-2010, AerCap has become the world's leading independent aircraft leasing company with total assets of approximately USD8 billion. In addition, AerCap has USD3.6 billion of lease assets under purchase contract. AerCap also provides aircraft management services and performs aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul services and aircraft disassemblies.

AerCap's total portfolio includes over 300 aircraft and almost 100 engines that are either owned, on order, under contract or letter of intent, or managed. The average age of its owned aircraft fleet is 5.7 years. AerCap is headquartered in The Netherlands and has offices in Ireland, the US, China, Singapore and the UK.

Aergo Capital

Aergo Capital is a leading commercial aircraft lessor. Aergo Capital’s portfolio consists of B737-300 / 400 / 500s, RJ85s, MD82 / 83s, B737-200 / 200Fs, and a G550. The privately-held company has its headquarters in Dublin. It also has representative offices in Chicago, Johannesburg, Nairobi and Santiago de Chile.

AeroCentury

AeroCentury Corporation is California-based aircraft lessor and financing firm specialising in the regional aircraft and engines sector. AeroCentury's assets are on lease to regional airlines and various commercial users across North America, the UK, Europe and South America.

Aeroplan

Groupe Aeroplan is a leader in loyalty management and the owner of Canada’s premier coalition loyalty programme, Aeroplan. Aeroplan is the world's oldest airline frequent flyer programme, established in 1984 by Air Canada. In 2002, Aeroplan was established as a wholly-owned limited partnership of Air Canada, with a dedicated management team focused on the development of the Aeroplan Program. Now publicly-listed, Aeroplan has interests in loyalty programmes across North America, Europe and the Middle East. Aeroplan has over four million active members and growing network of over 75 partners around the world. Aeroplan continues to serve as the loyalty programme for Air Canada, in addition to a variety of other Candian carriers, and is a vital part of the distribution chain for the Star Alliance.

Air France Industries KLM Engineering and Maintenance

Air France Industries KLM Engineering and Maintenance is the MRO division of the Air France-KLM group. It serves 150 customers across the world. Its five main facilities are at Paris Roissy-Charles de Gaulle, Orly and Le Bourget, Toulouse and Amsterdam. With a workforce numbering 14,200, it provides a broad range of airframe, engine and component maintenance services. 

The company reported the following highlights for the 2008 financial year:

  • Revenue: EUR2,896 million, +1.2%
  • EBT: EUR95 million, +50.8%

Air Lease Corporation

Air Lease Corporation is a Los Angeles-based aircraft leasing start-up and a member of Air Lease Alliance. Set up in 2010 by ILFC founder and former CEO Steven Udvar-Hazy, Air Lease Corporation made its first aircraft order at the 2010 Farnborough Air Show, ordering 136 Airbus, Boeing, ATR and Embraer aircraft valued at over USD10 billion. Udvar-Hazy has stated that the company will place 90% of its focus outside the US to tap into higher-growth markets. The lessor expects to have a fleet of over 100 aircraft by spring 2011.

Airbus

Airbus develops, produces and supports commercial aircraft in the 100-525 passenger range. In 2001 Airbus became a single fully integrated company incorporated under French law as a simplified joint stock company. The four national entities which had previously formed the Airbus consortium transferred their Airbus-related assets to the new company and became shareholders in Airbus -- Airbus France, Airbus Deutschland and Airbus Espana merging as the European Aeronautic Defence and Space Company (EADS) with 80% shares and BAE Systems with 20%. In 2006, following the sales of BAE Systems' shares, Airbus became an EADS company.

Manufacturing, production and sub-assembly of parts for Airbus aircraft are distributed around 12 sites in Europe, with final assembly in Toulouse and Hamburg.There are also centres for engineering design, sales and support in North America; and sales and customer support centres in Japan and China. Airbus has a joint engineering centre in Russia with Kaskol. Airbus is managed by an Executive Committee headed by a President and Chief Executive Officer appointed by the EADS Board of Directors.

Aircastle Limited is a global company that acquires, leases and sells high-utility commercial jet aircraft to airlines throughout the world. As of 31-Mar-2010, Aircastle's aircraft portfolio consisted of 129 aircraft and had 59 lessees located in 33 countries.
