Major Chinese airports have become a strong profit centre in the Chinese aviation market. Four of China's five largest mainland airports reported combined operating profits of more than USD325 million in the first six months of 2010. Net results have also been favourable, with more than USD200 million in net profits shared between Beijing Capital, Shanghai Pudong, Guangzhou Baiyun and Shenzhen Huangtian airports in 1H2010.
