Japan to conduct major reorganisation of Tokyo airspace

As the 2010 expansion of capacity at Tokyo’s Haneda and Narita airports nears, the Japanese Ministry of Land Infrastructure, Tourism and Transport (MLITT) announced plans to conduct a major reorganisation of the airspace around Tokyo to enhance efficiency and ease congestion in the nation’s busiest airspace region.
