13-Mar-2012 GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes S.A. (BM&FBovespa: GOLL4 and NYSE: GOL) (S&P/Fitch:BB-/BB-, Moody's: B1), the largest low-cost and low-fare airline in Latin America, hereby announces that it has made a formal request to the Brazilian Civil Aviation Agency (Anac) to operate regular flights between Brazil, Venezuela and the United States. The decision was based on the results of internal feasibility studies and is in line with the Company's business model, based on a standardized fleet of Boeing 737 Next Generation aircraft.

According to the Company's plan, if approved, the flights will take place on Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, departing from São Paulo/Guarulhos International Airport at 08:00 a.m. (local time), and arriving in Caracas at 11:30 a.m. (local time). At 12:10 p.m. (local time) the plane leaves Caracas for Miami, arriving at 04:10 p.m. (local time). On the return leg, the flight leaves the United States at 6:00 p.m. (local time) and arrives in Caracas at 9:00 p.m. (local time). Arrival at Guarulhos is scheduled for 6:15 a.m. (local time). Passengers boarding in São Paulo and Miami do not have to change planes and only have to go through check-in and baggage dispatch procedures once.

GOL is awaiting all the necessary authorizations before disclosing further details of the new operation, including information on fares, services, products and the market to be explored.
