JSC Aeroflot is selling 51% stake of JSC Saratov Airlines

The decision to sale the stake of Saratov airlines is explained by inconsistency of the current local status of the airline with the strategy of Aeroflot Group development. The business structure and scale of JSC Saratov airlines doesn't comply with JSC Aeroflot plans to become the global player on the air transportation market.

However JSC Aeroflot is keeping its commitment to the aim to develop and increase the efficiency of the domestic regional air transportation which represents an organic part of the development strategy of Aeroflot Group.
