Organizational change in the Air France-KLM Finance Divisions

07-Mar-2012 In line with the orientations defined by Air France-KLM Board of Directors in October 2011, a number of organizational changes will take place during the month of March 2012 in the Group's Finance Divisions, enabling the Air France-KLM finance function to be reinforced.

Mr Philippe Calavia, currently Chief Financial Officer of Air France and Air France-KLM, becomes Chief Financial Officer of the Air France-KLM Group. He remains a Director of the Air France Board. Air France-KLM will propose to the KLM Supervisory Board to submit to the KLM Annual General Meeting the nomination of Mr Calavia as a member of the KLM Supervisory Board.

Mr Frédéric Gagey, currently Managing Director & Chief Financial Officer of KLM, will be appointed Chief Financial Officer of Air France.

Mr Erik Swelheim, currently Senior Vice President Corporate Control of KLM, will take over as Chief Financial Officer of KLM.

Mr Jean Sanlaville, currently Senior Vice President Corporate Control of Air France, will be appointed Air France-KLM Group Corporate Controller, a function that is newly created.
