Tiger Airways Holdings Limited ("Tiger Airways") notes the following statement with regards to its associated company, PT Mandala Airlines of Indonesia ("Mandala"). Mandala announced that it will commence sales for its initial route network and destinations today. Further, Mandala announced Thursday 5 April 2012 as the date of its inaugural flight following a successful corporate restructuring process.
