OST-2009- Exemption - US-Grenada

Delta Air Lines, Inc.

7-Aug-2009

Application for an Exemption

Delta proposes to offer weekly nonstop service between New York JFK and Grenada, beginning on or about December 12, 2009. Service will be operated with Delta’s Boeing 737-800 aircraft, equipped with 144 coach and 16 first class seats.

Delta requests broad US-Grenada exemption authority, consistent with current DOT policy, to serve Grenada from other U.S. gateway points as warranted by market conditions. Delta requests that its exemption authority be granted for a period of at least two years.
