On behalf of the Marshall County Chamber of Commerce, a nearby community to Paducah, Kentucky, strongly objects to the data and terms stated in the Department Order Prohibiting Suspension of Service and Requesting Proposals (Docket OST-2009-0160), along with The Barkley Regional Airport, and the community of Paducah. This Order and Request for Proposals document is in significant error in both supporting data and Essential Air Service definition.
