Application for Renewal of Exempiton Authority

London Air Services Limited hereby applies for renewal of its exemption from 49 U.S.C. ยง 413011 which authorizes it to provide charter foreign air transportation ofpersons and property between (i) a point or points in Canada and a point or points in the United States, (ii) between any point or points in the United States and any point or points in a third country or countries, provided that, except with regard to cargo charters, such service constitutes part of a continuous operation, with or without a change of aircraft, that includes service to Canada for the purpose of carrying local traffic between Canada and the United States, and (iii) other charters in accordance with the Department's regulations.

Each of the decisional factors cited by the Department as support for its initial grant of authority remains in effect today. LAS' current fleet consists of Lear 45, Challenger 604/605 and Agusta AW139 aircraft.
