Respondents' Response to Motion to Amend Enforcement Complaint
The Office of Aviation Enforcement and Proceedings has moved to amend its Enforcement Complaint against Ultimate Fares, Inc. and Roni Herskovitz. The Respondents consent to the OAEP's motion and, with the OAEP's prior approval, will submit an Answer to the OAEP's First Amended Enforcement Complaint on or before August 19, 2009.
