Scandinavian Airlines System and Tam-Linhas Aereas, S.A. for a Blanket Statement of Authorization so that TAM can display the SAS "SK" designator code for the transportation of mail on TAM flights between New York, New York and Miami, Florida, on the one hand, and Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on the other hand.
We will grant the joint applicants' request for a waiver of the 45-day advance filing requirement required under 14 CPR 212.10(d)(2), as no party opposed the request.
