Dear Customer,
We previously communicated details of changes to Jade Cargo’s operating schedule which resulted from closures of airports and airspace associated with the volcanic ash disruption in Europe.
Prognosis for normal resumption of air services within the next 24 hours is not positive.
We therefore return to you with indication of planned adjustments to our operating schedule.
The following Jade Cargo flights (local time at origin) will be cancelled:

• JI7450/17APR AMS/ICN
• JI7450/18APR ICN/PVG
• JI7451/18APR PVG/SZX/MAA
• JI7431/18APR ICN/TSN
• JI7454/18APR AMS/PVG
• JI7405/19APR PVG/AMS
• JI7451/19APR MAA/DXB
Jade Cargo is actively engaged in managing the situation towards ensuring safety for our operating crews and minimizing disruption to our customers.
Unfortunately, relevant authorities are not able predict with any certainty when affected airspace and airports will return to normal operation. Accordingly, further cancellations and delays are possible.
Jade Cargo will update its customers and partners concerning further changes to our operating schedule as the situation progresses.
