Air Europa takes delivery of second Boeing 787

Air Europa Lineas Aereas, via its official Facebook account, stated (17-Jun-2016) it took delivery of its second Boeing 787 from the factory in Charleston. The carrier plans to deploy the aircraft on Madrid-Bogota service, effective 28-Jun-2016. According to the CAPA Fleet Database, the aircraft (tail EC-MIH, MSN 36513) is configured into two classes, with a total of 296 seats, of which 22 are premium seats. The carrier named the aircraft Julio Iglesias, in honor of the singer (Servimedia, 22-Jun-2016).
