Comair reports revenue growth of 17% in six months ended 2011

Comair confirmed (14-Feb-2012) the following financial highlights for the six months ended 31-Dec-2012:

  • Revenue growth of 17%;
  • Operating cost increase of 24% to ZAR2.008 billion (USD257.2 million) (compared with ZAR1.607 billion (USD205.9 million) in the same period in 2010);
  • Decline in EPS from ZAR 10.3 cents to a loss per share of ZAR 4.9 cents;
  • Loss of ZAR10.7 million (USD1.4 million) due to the disposal of three Boeing 737-200s in Dec-2011. [more - original PR]
