• American-US Airways combined: USD1757 million, -8.5%;
• Southwest: USD1276 million, +17.6%;
• United: USD1060 million, -26.7%;
• Alaska: USD418 million, +15.5%;
• JetBlue: USD310 million, +9.9%;
• Hawaiian: USD122 million, +32.6%;
• Spirit Airlines: USD122 million, stable;
• SkyWest: USD79 million, +33.9%;
