GMR Infrastructure - outcome of board meeting

Announcement: GMR Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 05, 2009, accorded approval to raise funds upto Rs. 500 Crore through issue of unsecured non-convertible debentures on private placement basis.
