UK Competition Commission statement following competition appeal tribunal's judgement

21-Dec-2009 The Competition Commission (CC) has issued the following statement after the Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT) today published its judgment on an appeal by BAA:

We are disappointed with the Tribunal's decision. We take the matter of impartiality extremely seriously. We are now studying the judgment and its implications carefully to see if there are any grounds for an appeal.
