Air France: New European Offer Now On Sale

Direct News Source

28-Jan-2010 The new European offer which Air France is launching on 28 March 2010 has now gone on sale. This new offer includes services which are better adapted to our customers’ needs, with lower fares – up to 20% cheaper in the Voyageur (Economy) cabin and up to 27% cheaper in the Premium (Business) cabin – with innovations and all the benefits of a major airline.

Two types of service will be offered:

Voyageur, for those who are looking for a simple product offering all the basics at competitive fares. Customers travelling in the Voyageur cabin will be able to state a preference for a window or an aisle seat when they book at airfrance.com and will be sent their boarding pass by e- mail, doing away with airport check-in. They will also be able to keep a booking for several days at the fare found for just 10 euros, all on airfrance.com.

Premium, for customers who want completely flexible fares and additional services, all at the best price. All Premium passengers travel in the front section of the aircraft in a dedicated cabin with a modernized catering service on board. At the airport they benefit from dedicated check-in areas, dedicated security checkpoints at Paris-CDG, lounge access in Paris and Amsterdam for Premium Eco and access to all European lounges for Premium Affaires as well as a Premium hotline to change a booking, even if the customer is already checked in.

On board, Premium Affaires passengers are guaranteed a free seat next to them.

For all its customers, Air France will continue to offer a snack during the flight and a wide selection of newspapers.

Whatever their class of travel, all Air France customers will continue to benefit from all the advantages of a major airline: the Flying Blue frequent flyer programme, a wide choice of destinations and frequencies thanks to Air France's powerful network and hub at Paris-Charles de Gaulle, downtown Air France ticket offices, Air France ticket counters at the airport as well as centralized call centres. Customers can, at any time, request assistance from Air France staff and are contacted by dedicated services such as the ROC (Reservations Operations Centre) in case of irregularities.
