Beijing Capital International Airport Company issue of domestic corporate bonds
01-Feb-2010 Reference is made to the announcement of the Company dated 19 January 2010 in relation to the approval of application by the China Securities Regulatory Commission for the issue of domestic corporate bonds (the “Bonds”) not exceeding RMB4.9billion (the “Bonds Issue”) in value.
In preparation for the Bonds Issue, the Company shall publish, inter alia, the announcement with respect to the online roadshow relating to the Bonds, the announcement with respect to the Bonds Issue, the offering prospectus of the Bonds and its summary, the announcement with respect to the interest rate of the Bonds, the results announcement with respect to the Bonds Issue on the website of the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the same will be posted on the website of the Company.
In compliance with Rule 13.09(2) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, the abovementioned information will also be posted on the Chinese version of the HKExnews website (http://www.hkexnews.hk) of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited around the time when the same are published on the website of the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
