Abu Dhabi International Airport offers 10% more scheduled flights in the 2010 summer season

Analytically, in the Summer 2010 Timetable, airlines at ADIA will be operating 835 weekly scheduled flights, connecting ADIA to 80 international destinations in 45 countries.

The expansion of Etihad AirwaysEtihad Airways, the UAE's flag carrier, is a significant contributor to the growth, with its launch of five flights per week to Tokyo and Nagoya as well as a frequency increase to many other destinations. New airlines operating flights to Abu Dhabi International Airportthis season is another important factor. These include Air France's five flights per week to Paris starting in May, GMG Airlines' two flights per week to Dhaka, and two flights per week to Amman by Royal Falcon Airlines.

In the Summer 2010 Timetable, ADIA's top international routes are Doha with 70 and Bahrain with 61 scheduled weekly frequencies, followed by Muscat, Kuwait, London and Amman.
