Flybe update on volcanic ash disruption

Flybe will therefore recommence as many of our services as we possibly can after 1300 on Wednesday 21st April. All flights due to operate PRIOR to 1300 are cancelled, with the exception of the following flights which have now been re-scheduled to depart after 1300:

A decision concerning flights for tomorrow afternoon (Wednesday 21st April) is expected to be taken by 0800 tomorrow morning.

Flybe advises travellers to continue checking www.flybe.com on a regular basis for further updates.

Passengers whose Flybe flights have been cancelled only may :

Re-book to travel on another flight on the same or a similar route at no additional charge within the next 28 days, subject to availability (also extend return flight dates to accommodate required length of stay)

Rebook for travel to the final destination at a later date (subject to availability) The change fees will be waived but any further difference in fare may still apply.

Apply for a refund on a cancelled flight

Passengers due to fly between now and the next 72 hours inclusive may:

Re-book to travel on another flight on the same or a similar route at no additional charge within the next 28 days, subject to availability (also extend return flight dates to accommodate required length of stay)

Rebook for travel to the final destination at a later date (subject to availability). The change fees will be waived but any further difference in fare may still apply.

Travel agents may request refunds via their BSP link for any flights cancelled in order to minimise delays.

Flybe has increased staffing levels to manage the exceptionally high volume of calls and our lines are operating at maximum capacity. Thank you for your patience in these unique and unprecedented circumstances.
