GAP announces resolutions by the Board of Directors for the designation of Independent Board Members

03-Jun-2010 Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico, S.A.B. de C.V. (NYSE: PAC; BMV: GAP) ("the Company" or "GAP") announces that it has obtained the resolutions of the GAP Board of Directors' meeting, which took place on June 2, 2010.

The Company wished to highlight the following important item:

"First Resolution.- The Board of Directors agreed to provisionally name the following independent Board Members:

José Manuel Rincón Gallardo Purón

Ernesto Vega Velasco

Francisco Javier Fernández Carbajal

Francisco Glennie y Graue

León Falic

Jaime Cortés Rocha

Carlos Bravo

The Nominations and Compensation Committee ("CNC") received acceptance letters from the above board members."
