MAp considers equity offering of ASUR shares
28-Jul-2010 MAp Airports International Limited is considering selling its Series B Shares and American Depositary Shares in Grupo Aeroportuario del Sureste, S.A.B. de C.V., through its vehicle, JMEX B.V. (JMEX), in the near term.
MAp Airports International Limited and JMEX are currently considering a public offering that would be filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Timing of the transaction will depend on market conditions and other relevant factors.
