Subject: Entering into the Transaction of Suvarnabhumi Airport Development Project

Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited ("AOT") reported the progress of entering into the transaction of the Suvarnabhumi Airport Development Project (fiscal year 2011 - 2016) that, on March 16, 2010, AOT, represented by the Ministry of Transport and the Office of the National Economic and Social Development Board, proposed the Suvarnabhumi Airport Development Project (fiscal year 2011 - 2016) to the consideration of the cabinet.
On August 24, 2010, the cabinet later resolved to approve the Suvarnabhumi Airport Development Project (fiscal year 2011 - 2016). However, AOT will provide the details of the cabinet's resolution as well as other additional relevant details in accordance with the prescription of the Notification of the Capital Market Supervisory Board No. Tor Chor. 20/2551 re: Rules on Entering into Material Transactions Deemed as Acquisition or Disposal of Assets once AOT officially receives the notice from the cabinet on the underlined matter.
