Air New Zealand flights to and from Christchurch Airport

04-Sep-2010 Following the earthquake in Christchurch early this morning, Christchurch Airport has been closed and all Air New Zealand flights to and from the airport are cancelled until midday today, Saturday 4 September.
Flights will resume once Christchurch International Airport Limited has completed checks of its facilities including the terminal, runway and navigational aids and advised if flights can operate.
Customers will be booked onto the next available service once the airport is open and should continue to check the Air New Zealand website www.airnz.co.nz for information.
