Virgin Blue: Statement in response to draft decision by ACCC on Trans-Tasman Alliance

10-Sep-2010 The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) today issued a draft decision denying authorisation for Virgin Blue and Air New Zealand’s application to operate an alliance on Trans-Tasman services.
The parties note that the ACCC has invited the Applicants to provide information to substantiate the public benefits claimed. The parties welcome the invitation and will do so.
