HOCHTIEF on takeover offer of Actividades de Construcción y Servicios

16-Sep-2010 The Executive Board of HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft has taken note of the announcement by ACS Actividades de Construcción y Servicios S.A. of its intention to make an offer for entire issued share capital of HOCHTIEF.
The Executive Board is evaluating the situation and will be making an announcement with its response and advice to shareholders as soon as appropriate.
