Blackpool Airport: Important information - Spanish general strike

28-Sep-2010 Industrial action is plannned in Spain on Wednesday 29 September 2010 which is likely to cause delays and disruption to flights into and out of Spain and possibly other European destinations.

Blackpool Airport recognises that this creates a level of uncertainty with regard to travel plans however passengers travelling with Jet2.com from Blackpool tomorrow (Wednesday 29th) should arrive at the airport as normal unless otherwise advised.

The circumstances are outside of Blackpool Airport & Jet2.com's control and will affect all airlines. We would reassure all passengers that everything possible will be done to minimise disruption.
